Michelle’s experience before vending was in the Drink Industry, working for Coors Brewers for 15 years during which time she attained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business.
She has now been with NIVO for over 18 years and believes the customer comes first and that this is the key to any successful business.
Michelle’s role enables her to explore the issues of the Operator focusing on quality, service and value. Together with the suppliers find solutions and possibilities.

Joe has been with the NIVO Team for 3 years, utilising his creative and administrative skills in order to provide NIVO members with high quality marketing content.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing, and enjoys using his marketing ability to “build bridges between Suppliers and Operators through various channels”.
Lauren Gilmour

Lauren’s career began in the food manufacturing industry, where she spent 13 years with Seabrook Crisps in a front-of-house customer service role, achieving NVQs in Customer Service and Administration.
As NIVO’s Event Manager, Lauren works closely with operators and suppliers to create valuable opportunities for networking, collaboration, and industry engagement, helping to strengthen relationships across the vending sector.
Robin Darker
Business Support Administrator

Robin has over 10 years of experience in customer service and administration, having worked in various sectors from IT to law to identity services. This versatility is key to their role in supporting NIVO’s day-to-day activities.
Having previously assisted NIVO’s marketing efforts, Robin has returned in an administrative role alongside studying a BA in Creative Writing as “no two days are the same, and the team are always working on new ways to best support their members”.
